By design (and default) - all clients of Recruiting Nevada become "Community Partners" in the quest to assist education and healthcare in their recruitment of teachers and nurses. Our trailing spouse program was developed to facilitate the job search for trailing family members of critical need candidates. Many times it is the gainful and meaningful employment of a loved one that secures the critical need candidate.
