Doug Geinzer - Director of Online Classified Advertising
Doug Geinzer has been in the recruiting business since 1989. Prior to Recruiting Nevada, he owned a media group, which included the Las Vegas Employment Guide; Las Vegas Career Fairs, Las Vegas’ largest career fair company; Las Vegas Job Guide; and Diversity2000 – the first diversity recruiting magazine in the United tates, which was distributed to every college campus in the country. Geinzer sold the media group to Cox and Landmark Communications in 1999 and then directed his focus to Classified USA! – Nevada’s largest recruitment advertising agency, which he co-owned with Ted Stepien. The company represented such companies as Merck, Coca-Cola, MGM Mirage, Valley Health System and Boyd Gaming. Doug is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the Las Vegas, Reno-Sparks and Henderson Chambers of Commerce, Nevada Hospital Association and Nevada Healthcare Association. He is also an active committee member for the Nursing Institute of Nevada, Southern Nevada Medical Industry Cluster and Workforce 2010 Medical.

Mark Junium - Project Manager
Mark has been with Recruiting Nevada since 2002. Since joing the organization as a web developer, he has helped develop Recruiting Nevada's technology infrastructure. He is responsible for planning, developing and maintaining the company's network of Web sites. Mark holds a Bachelors degree from New York University.

Gabbie Earl - Job Board Administrator
Gabrielle Earl is the Job Board Administrator of Recruiting Nevada. She joined Recruiting Nevada in 2006; previously she held executive administrative level positions in customer service with quality assurance, sales and finance companies. Since joining Recruiting Nevada, Gabrielle has worked on ensuring client satistifaction, smooth integration into the Recruiting Nevada System, and is the author of the jobseeker blog.
