Socially Responsible Recruiting

No other job boards in Nevada, and very few in the country, follow the principals of socially responsible recruiting. What is socially responsible recruiting? A means by which the entire community can thrive by sharing best practices and leveraging the friends and family members that follow when professionals are recruited from out of market. Socially Responsible Recruiting protects the best interests of companies, industries and the entire community by:

  • Not allowing resume searching (stops your competitor from seeing your applicants)
  • Only allowing Nevada-based jobs to be advertised (By not allowing out-of-market advertising, discourage other states from stealing our talent)
  • Not allowing third party access to candidate matching (We attract thousands of professionals each month using our proprietary candidate matching software. Staffing agencies do not have access to this program)
  • Not allowing adult-oriented advertising – protecting the integrity of our community
  • Limited third party job postings to ensure jobseeker continue to visit
  • Provide discounted services to non-profits, education and government.

“The cost of replacement is, many times, ten times the cost of recruitment. Why would we steal talent from each other when it has such a negative impact on both the industry and the entire community”

We don't promise to reach the largest audience of jobseekers; but rather the right jobseekers. We attract the largest audience of local and relocating professionals, who have twice opted into our job board requesting our assistance in finding an employer that matches their qualifications. We are not resume spammers and will never allow greed to get in the way of delivering quality response to our clients.

If your recruitment strategy is to steal your neighbors talent - we are not the right partner for you. We work with industry leaders and those that believe in socially responsible recruiting

“Would you rather select the best candidate from 300 unqualified applications or from 30 of the best?”
